ABOUT ALICE

Alice Loveridge CPT ITEC. Dip SMT FHT PM is the founder of LoveFitness, a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Pregnancy Massage Therapist, qualified by The Personal Training Academy, ITEC UK and the London School of Massage. She is based at The Trainstation Fitness Centre and the Sport and Remedial Massage Clinic. Alice is also First Aid qualified.

A 25 year old mother of one, she is passionate about anything active, challenging and life changing.

She is dedicated to forever enhancing her fitness levels and pushing herself to do things she never thought possible. Her achievements so far include: running 2 marathons, completing a week long Army Bootcamp in the remote English Countryside, toughing it out on the 4 day Extreme Forces Army Weekend, crossing the finishing line of the World’s Biggest Obstacle Course: The Rat Race, 20 miles/200 obstacles, getting a 26 minute improvement on her half-marathon time and running numerous Tough Mudder events.

Alice is determined to motivate you all to get active, get fit and push past those limits you have made. She can help you realise what you are capable of, demolish those boundaries and encourage you to become a happier, healthier You!

Alice’s latest achievements are competing in the All Terrain Challenge (7 races in 7 days) and coming 3rd woman overall, coming 1st in one race, 2nd in 3 and 3rd in 3. She also competed in Guernsey’s Strongest Competition and winning a bronze medal in her category. She won 2 of the 6 events, came second in one event and third in the others.

We use a combination of strength training, bodyweight cardio (you don’t have to slug it out running to do cardio!), circuits, interval training, kettle bell work, mobility exercises, interval runs (with a few cheeky ‘pitstops of fun!’), boxing and TRX. LoveFitness can help you push past those voices that say ‘I can’t do it’ or ‘This is too hard’. LoveFitness will motivate you to overcome those obstacles and surpass those limits, encouraging you to work your hardest, getting you those results you didn’t even dream you could achieve and steering you towards a fitter lifestyle!

Personal Training:

1 hour – £40
30 minutes – £25

Based at The TrainStation Fitness Centre. No gym membership required.

Package deals are available for pre-booked/pre-paid sessions. Reduced rates are available if you’d like to train with friends.

Group Classes:

Wednesday 6:30pm indoors @ the KGV
Saturday 10:00am location changes – you will be notified of where to be.

£6 per person per class, or £45 pre-paid rate for 10 classes (3 months to use, 24 hour cancellation notice required for booked classes):
